Employer Characteristics Associated With Discrimination Charges Under the Americans With Disabilities Act
April 26, 2020
A recent paper discusses research into the relationship between employer and environmental characteristics and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) discrimination charge rate. The paper is meant to help indentify employers that are most likely to receive these charges and to encourage more reseach into the behaviors, practices, and policies that explain differential charge rates.
First author of the paper was Sarah von Shrader, who works at the Yang-Tan Institute where the Northeast ADA Center is hosted.
The paper is titled, Employer Characteristics Associated With Discrimination Charges Under the Americans With Disabilities Act.
